First and foremost, you’ll want to make sure your body is travel ready, so it’s time to diet and exercise. For starters, let’s talk about exercise. When it comes to exercise, you’ll first want to assess your unique strengths and weaknesses. Once you’ve done this, you’re ready to find the workout routine that best addresses your unique needs. Then, the hard part is simply sticking with your regimen. We tend to get frustrated in the face of failure, and that’s what exercise is, in a sense. You have to struggle in order to improve, but that’s at odds with out mental programming, so it can drive us to give up. Just remember the mantra “no pain, no gain,” and strap on your Finish Line shoes and your Under Armour and get to work.

Next, let’s talk about diet. We consume too much in the way of processed food, aka junk food, these days. These items may be convenient and affordable, but they are because of additives that rob them of nutritional value and make them addictive, so it’s best to get rid of them. Instead, cook your own meals with fresh ingredients to see immediate and long term benefits such as increased energy and weight loss. Your body will thank you.
