This trek begins in the village of Olleros, this root of this name relates to the preparation of pans that takes place at 3526m. The trek follows a pre-Inca trail, one of the many that exist in the valleys of the Cordillera Blanca and ends at the ancient ruins of Chavín de Huántar, considered to be one of the oldest civilizations in the Americas, passing through beautiful countryside and offering spectacular views at the Yanashallash at 4700m. On arriving in Chavín, a typically Andean village the archeological site will be visited. The trek takes 3 days and is moderately easy.
