Mururaju is situated in the less know valley of Raria, nevertheless the 360 degree view is spectacular: the Cordillera de Huayhuash, the Cordillera de Huallanca, the Cordillera negra and the Cordillera Blanca.

Huaraz 3100m – Carpa 3800 (to acclimatize) (3 hours by van).

Carpa – Base Camp 4000m (5 hours).

Base Camp – Moraine Camp 48000m (4 hours).

Moraine Camp - Summit 5688m – Base Camp (10 hours).

Visit of Puya Raimondy (cactus) and return to Huaraz.
